Do you offer returns?
If we've made a mistake with your order or you feel the item isn't in the photographed condition please email winthedaygolf@gmail.com and we'll help you.
We may not accept returns for clothing that doesn't fit as we have included measurements for every item.
How long does it take to ship overseas?
We pack and send orders within 48hours. Any delays in receiving your order will unfortunately be due to postal service delays. Here are the target timeframes for delivery:
Australia:
Standard shipping 4-16 days
Fast shipping 1-3 days
USA, Asia & Europe:
Standard 6-16 days
Fast shipping: 2-5 days
What are your opening hours?
We are open 7am-12:30pm Monday-Saturday.
We close on public holidays, unless stated otherwise.
Do you wash your clothing?
We make sure everything is washed and ready for you to wear. We also repair some items, i.e. sewing on missing buttons, prior to listing them. Any stains or flaws are carefully photographed and reflected in the price.
Why is pre-loved clothing this expensive?
Sourcing and selling vintage & pre-loved clothing is unfortunately inefficient and time-consuming. Every item we sell has been carefully chosen, imported, washed, photographed, and uploaded onto our website. So, not only is vintage clothing rare and high quality, but it's a service we provide: finding the goods in the wild and getting them to your door. 🙌🏽

We are based out of our coffee shop Win The Day Coffee in Auckland, New Zealand
How do I know what size to buy?
You can look at our size guide to see what your measurements are. Every clothing item has it's measurements in the photos.
